The two construction workers he sent to fix the terrible job the first contractor my HOA hired finished in 4 short days. Whereas it took the first guy 2 MONTHS to "fix." The first guy used DUCT TAPE to flash/waterproof around my windows and sliding glass door. O'Connell's guys re-inspected and legitimately fixed all the errors the previous guy made in no time.
