Josh is the inaugural Associate Director of Cryptic since 2011. Through this mentorship and producing relationship, Josh has an extensive understanding of how interdisciplinary work is produced from: small-scale national and international touring; opera house-sized productions; to large-scale outdoor events for thousands of viewers. As Artist Director, Josh leads the artistic vision of the company, employing freelance artists to produce work in collaboration, such as product & furniture designers, musicians, performers, architects, fashion designers, lighting designers, authors, and visual artists.
