Luis Mota - VP

Luis Mota is a Century 21 real estate agent as well general contractor with over a decade of experience operating in California. He also holds dual positions that utilize both of his licenses, which has enabled the creation of high value properties in addition to their brokerage. Mota joined Century 21 in 2005 before later starting his own construction company in 2007, when he founded Mota Construction in Visalia, California where he works closely with Omni Development Group on many of their projects. Through his additional association with the Century 21 Jordan Link & Co branch, Mota is able to assist in the process of aligning clients with their dream property while also directing investors to potent real estate opportunities. Mota's overall clientele rating for both privatized citizens as wells as corporations is outstanding-virtually all past and current clients are satisfied with their experiences.

Maricela Martinez

Maricela Martinez provides administrative support to Omni Development Group. She is a California native and has lived in the San Joaquin Valley for most of her life. She has received her Certificate in Business Administration at San Joaquin Valley College and plans to continue her schooling to receive her Associate degree in Business. Her goal is to grow within the business and become an asset to the company. Her previous work experience has prepared her for great customer service and has qualified her to work independently. She is bilingual which allows her to communicate with customers and provide assistance if needed. Her previous employment at MWI as a Receiving Clerk has helped her develop proficient computer skills and understand the importance of accuracy and urgency. Prioritizing work according to deadlines and discrepancies needed to be reported. Although she is new to the Development family, she enjoys the work she does, and in a short time, she has learned new and exciting things. Being part of the company has given her a great experience and appreciation for the opportunity to be part of something important. Maricela hopes to keep growing and learning from Omni Development Group within the years.

Richard Hoy

Richard Hoy is a Southern California native that received a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of La Verne, where he was also able to continue playing football throughout his studies. Following college, Richard worked for a Franchising and Payroll company called Atlas. Richard worked solely in the franchising sector where he gained an extensive background in QSR operations, and CRM, with a focus on overall business development. It was here that he was able to gain insight and experience to build on the land development platform. Richard understands what it takes to ensure the development meets the timeline and design requirements delegated by the client. Richard, or Rich, is the Lead Project Manager of Development for Omni Development Group where he is responsible for obtaining local, state & federal entitlements, overseeing engineering/surveying and architectural services from inception through final acceptance, assisting with land purchase agreements, coordinates with outside legal counsel, and general land acquisition analysis through strategic due diligence, zoning evaluation, cost efficiency breakdown, approval process, and timeline. Richard works closely with our engineers, architects, and each individual client while understanding what it takes to ensure the development meets the timeline and design requirements delegated by the client. He has brought his experience and abilities to join a cohesive and effective team at Omni, where they have created a fast and efficient process to create and construct the buildings of your vision.

Samer Sabbah - President

Samer Sabbah is a California native having acquired both of his college degrees at State of California institutions. His academic career blossomed in a region adjacent to the booming tech-giant capital, Silicon Valley, which exposed Samer to various industries that piqued his early career interests in real estate development. While pursuing his degree at CSU: Stanislaus, he learned through the sciences how to better approach business by incorporating logistical and pragmatic behaviors to promote growth and development. With almost two decades worth of experience across three different real estate development groups, Samer has successfully created a developmental ecosystem within his sphere of influence. He currently resides in Visalia, where much of his professional career has been centralized. Although he is President of Westgate Development Inc. and has been with them since 2004, he is also a Partner at both Cedar Slope Capital Inc., as well as Peyrone Partners LLC.

Tekla Patton

Tekla Patton is a California native with a diversified background that enables her to connect with clients on a more personal level. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Master of Science degree. Having managed a Cold Stone Creamery in 2000 and a GAP outlet until 2007, Tekla understands first-hand what retail corporations are seeking in terms of function and location; her comprehension of customer service and team management enable her to oversee many business operations with exceptional ease. She also holds an Online Teaching Certificate, which she obtained from College of the Sequoias in 2012. Additionally, Tekla has also served as a Student Advisor at San Joaquin Valley College and is currently an Adjunct Professor at College of the Sequoias, in addition to maintaining her position as Key-Holder for a Banana Republic store that she oversees the operations of.
