As CEO of O+D Builders, Tutino has expertly managed complex, time-sensitive projects across diverse sectors of the marketplace, from healthcare to hospitality, interior fit-outs, and new construction. With Tutino at the helm, O+D has consistently expanded its footprint in the tristate area by delivering exceptional quality and value empowering clients to realize their vision.
Frank Viola is a seasoned professional whose experience stems from successful careers in construction, law, and business. As Director of Operations for O+D Builders, Viola draws on his reservoir of experience to marshal the company's resources on behalf of its clients.
Viola is a former member of two New York commodity futures exchanges where he developed a robust legal practice representing NYMEX members and member firms while simultaneously building a general practice law firm. Thoroughly versed in all aspects of construction lending and finance, Viola brings O+D's resources to bear to efficiently build and deliver the highest quality results.
