Our Company Brain is the product that we were looking for when we started to outgrow e-mailtraining. Our company was getting too big to just tell employees what they needed to do. We needed an organized way to store business rules, flow charts, procedures, training manuals, the employee manual, forms, vendor information and everything else that we as a company needed to know. We searched and searched for the perfect product and in the end we had to give up and make it ourselves. It was not an easy task. We have been working on, improving and changing our company (Benson Communications) brain for about 10 years.
