Brandon Gianfala has over 17 years of Land experience. Everything from running title to running land departments. Mr. Gianfala's diverse land background allowed him to chase drilling rigs in the Eagleford and build acreage positions in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. After working for several major oil companies, he joined Osprey Oil and Gas. Brandon's depth and understanding of the industry allow him to focus on all aspects of land. Brandon is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen (LAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), Permian Basin Landmen's Association (PBLA) and a Certified Professional Landman.

Mike Matteucci has over 15 years of geologic experience, primarily focused on unconventional assets in the Permian Basin. Beginning in 2007, Mr. Matteucci began his career with Nadel and Gussman Permian, which merged into BC Operating and was subsequently purchased by Marathon in 2017. After which, Mr. Matteucci played a critical role as Foundation Mineral's acquisition lead before joining Osprey Oil and Gas. Mike specializes in unconventional basin analysis and prospect generation.

Scott Grifo has over 15 years of oil and gas business development experience with a focus on unconventional assets in the Permian Basin. In 2013, Mr. Grifo moved to Midland and started working at Nadel and Gussman Permian, which merged into BC Operating and was subsequently purchased by Marathon in 2017. After which, Mr. Grifo joined Osprey Oil and Gas as VP of Business Development. Scott works on prospect generation and evaluation.
T. Lee Golias II has over 14 years of Land experience from the Gulf Cost of Texas and Louisiana to Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Mr. Golias worked as a Landman for Etoco, L.P. developing invaluable industry connections before joining Osprey Oil and Gas. Lee focuses on prospect evaluation and investor relations. Lee is a member of the America Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).
