Joseph R. Park was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Mr. Park graduated from Marshall University where he attained a Bachelor's in Business Administration in 1971. Thereafter, he attained his Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of Florida in 1973, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Mr. Park has practiced in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida since being admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He enjoys memberships on the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, The Florida Bar and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, as designated by the Florida Bar Board of Certification, and a former Diplomate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Park has been designated a Master of the Bench by the American Inns Court and concentrates his practice in the litigation area, encompassing commercial, personal injury, family law and other aspects of trial practices, including all areas of both trial and appellate law.

Mark A. Ossian, Esquire (pronounced "Ocean") was born in Dunedin, Florida, and is a lifelong Pinellas County resident. Mr. Ossian is a graduate of Dunedin High School, the University of South Florida and the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Ossian served as the Senior Management Editor of the University of Florida Law Review in his final year of Law School. Mr. Ossian has met The Florida Bar Standards of Certification and is a Board-Certified Specialist in Marital and Family law. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Ossian is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Family Mediator.
Mr. Ossian has been awarded the "AV" Preeminent Rating from the Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Ossian's primary area of practice is focused on Family Law, including Collaborative Divorce. Mr. Ossian is a member of the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals and Next Generation Divorce, which are both Tampa Bay Area practice groups specializing in Collaborative Divorce.
