Formed in July 2020, Pathfinders Corporation is made up of a long established collaborative group, comprising of Sutton Coldfield Group Practice (SCGP), E5, GPS Healthcare (GPS), SmartCare Federation and Midlands Medical Partnership (MMP)... By working together as a collaborative group we are able to share resources, develop our workforce, maximize use of technology enabling our communities to live happier and healthier lives.
