We started this company because we couldn't find a shipping company to meet our expectations when shipping items to family members in West Africa. The larger shipping companies were prohibitively expensive and, when dealing with the smaller companies, there was no way to know what happened to our items once they were picked up... With expensive large companies and unreliable small companies, little information is known about the status of a package. We provide transparency about our process and updates to our customers along the way... It's very expensive to ship to West Africa from America through larger companies. When utilizing other small companies who cater to the audience looking to ship there, little information is available about the status of the packages once they have been picked up.
