David L. Hess

David L. Hess currently serves as a Chief of Police, with nearly two decades of law enforcement service. Occupational exposure during his career includes field operations, special operations, police training, accreditation, risk management, and police administration. He is a member of numerous police associations, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF). He is a past president of the North Carolina Association of Chiefs of Police. David is a graduate of the 264th session of the FBI National Academy. He is an alumnus of Liberty University, where he earned a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters degree in Executive Leadership.

David Williams - CEO

A native of Indiana and a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Purdue University, the majority of David Williams' career since 2009 has been focused on the development and manufacturing of pneumatic rifle systems. He has multiple patents and copyrights in this field of study. In his leisure time, he enjoys family, fishing, guns, and "wrenching" on cars. His favorite quote is from Louis Pasteur: "Chance favors the prepared mind."

Paul Eitel

Paul Eitel is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He has served his local Fire Department as a volunteer since 1997, and as Senior Chaplain since 2005. His father-in-law served in the Air Force as a LEO and Security Police during his tour in Vietnam. After his return, he spent approximately 36 years serving in law enforcement, including 22 years as Police Chief. Paul and his family are fortunate to have many friends in law enforcement and military positions, and Paul deeply appreciates the opportunity to bring to their arsenals a product that will help them protect both themselves and their communities.
