Under the leadership of Dr. Pak Cheun Woo, the firm developed into one of the largest full-service local law firms in Hong Kong. The late Dr. P.C. Woo also contributed to the well-being of Hong Kong's legal community during his lifetime; he not only served as the President of the Hong Kong Law Society, but was also a member of Hong Kong's Legislative Council.
