After years of service in the restaurant business, executive chef, John, has finally perfected the recipe for fried and grilled dishes. Chef John is an immigrant from a coastal town in Vietnam and when he landed in America, his favorite food was fried seafood; it was a type of comfort food that made him feel like home, but away from home.
