Alberto A. Sinesi has over 12 years of experience in investment banking and corporate development. He has advised public and private clients on over 30 domestic and cross-border, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Alberto has advised clients across a variety of consumer verticals, including consumer products, e-commerce/direct-to-consumer, food and beverage and retail/multi-site segments both in North America and Europe. Additionally, he has provided valuation and transaction opinion services to public and private investment funds, including private equity institutions, private credit funds, investment banks, hedge funds and business development companies. Prior to joining PKF Investment Banking, Alberto spent over a decade in the M&A and Valuations & Opinions groups of a global middle-market investment banking advisory firm.

Daniel R. Potton is a Director at PKF Investment Banking with over 12 years of experience in business, investment banking and corporate development. Dan has advised public and private clients across a variety of industries on over $40 billion of M&A and strategic initiatives through buy-side and sell-side transactions, joint ventures, divestitures and capital allocation practices. Additionally, he has executed over $15 billion in capital markets transactions consisting of IPOs and equity and debt offerings. Prior to joining PKF Investment Banking, Dan served as a Vice President in the investment banking divisions of a multinational boutique firm, as well as a global bulge-bracket investment bank. Before beginning his career in investment banking, Dan was an electrical engineer in the nuclear industry, where he was responsible for modeling and designing utility-scale nuclear generation and distribution systems.

Lori Green is a strategic marketing professional and financial writer with over 25 years of investment banking experience. Her expertise is in crafting impactful communications targeted to investors and business owners.
Lori began her career on Wall St. in the trade finance area of what is now JPMorgan Chase & Co., and later worked for Globecon Group, a corporate finance training firm. Prior to her current role at PKFIB, Lori served for many years as SVP, Strategic Marketing at Woodbridge International, a middle market mergers and acquisitions firm. Lori has worked closely with hundreds of privately held companies in virtually every industry.

Susan Zhang is an investment banker with superb problem solving, financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills. Her M&A experience includes managing every aspect of the deal process as well as negotiating deal pricing and terms. She has worked for several investment banking firms including J.P. Morgan Securities, and HSBC Securities (USA), contributing on dozens of transactions. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business/UPENN and a BS in Engineering from University of Science & Technology of China. She is CPA-qualified and a CFA level III candidate.
