POLY-MAT

Poly-Mat is a manufacturer and distributor of rubber flooring for the agricultural community (dairy cattle, swine, and horses)... In 2016, Poly-Mat began reworking mine belts, called the Multi-Groove, with a simple CNC. After 1 year of development and design, at the start of 2019, a new fully automated robot is now operational for the reworking of the mine belt, thus improving the production speed and the design, which was until now offered by the various companies... Poly-Mat knows all about rubber for animal safety and comfort in freestalls, alleys, (Kevlar and Multi-Groove), and stalls
