Tania is the Chief Operating Officer of Pledg and is charged with overseeing the everyday operation of the online digital loan platform.
She's been instrumental in the development of the online systems powering Pledg so it's efficient, easy and secure for clients of all computer literacy to use.
Tania offers a wealth of experience having worked for international real estate agents specialising in contracts, logistics, marketing and sales negotiations. Tania has extensive knowledge in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) having worked as the National Sales Manager for a leading computer distribution company and facilitating partnerships with industry heavyweights including Apple, Microsoft, NEC, Toshiba, Sony, Cisco and Creative Labs.
She further has a decade of director experience running her own chain of fashion stores located across the Gold Coast.
Leanne Coneybear is the founder of Pledg which she developed the digital model for having identified a gap in the financial services market for people seeking fast online cash without all of the financial institution fuss.
