Daniel García

Daniel has an ample banking experience, having developed a career in Credit Analysis, Structured Finance and Risk Management. He joined PDC Capital in 2014 and is currently responsible of a credit portfolio of over US$ 100MM, developing a fundamental role in our operations growth.

Fernanda Bracamonte

Fernanda worked for the commercial banking area of Banco Industrial, one of the main banks in Guatemala, and joined PDC Capital in October 2018. Maintaining an excellent communication with our banks and our clients is fundamental for our business and establishing long term relationships with our allies is key to a sustainable return on our shareholders. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Rafael Landivar in Guatemala.

Henry Oliveros Pinto

Jose worked for over 17 years in Grupo GyT Continental, as a credit analyst for the corporate bank, renewable energy projects, real estate project finance, commercial and consumer credit. He is currently in charge of managing the company´s credit portfolio and collections department.

Marisol Monzón

Marisol has over 10 years of experience in the traditional banking sector in Guatemala. She began her career in GTC Bank where she developed her skills in the areas of Credit Analysis, Compliance, and especially risk management in real estate projects. Her involvement has allowed Marisol to learn about different industry sectors in Latin America, such as Commerce, Agriculture, Construction, among others. She is a Business Administrator with a Masters degree in Finance, from Universidad Rafael Landivar in Guatemala.

Salvador Paiz del Carmen - CEO

As Chief Executive Officer of PDC Capital and board member of various companies within Grupo PDC, he is responsible for spearheading the company´s strategic direction. In the past, Salvador has played pivotal roles as Vice President of Wal-Mart Centroamérica and, subsequently, board member of Wal-Mart México and Centroamérica. He acquired his extensive financial background while working in New York in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions for Credit Agricole Indosuez and Chase Capital Partners. Salvador has served as a catalyst for Guatemala's transformation by spearheading effective non-governmental initiatives for change. One of them is Fundesa's Mejoremos Guate (MG), which strives towards a more prosperous, solidary, safe and just nation. Another important initiative is the improvement of the country's educational system. That is why Salvador has been actively involved in different projects and initiatives, both nationally and internationally, such as Empresarios por la Educación, the Commission for Quality Education for All of the Inter American Dialogue and Funsepa (Sergio Paiz Andrade Foundation in Spanish), which he chairs.
