Pheenix Rising Wellness and Texture Hair design is the joint brainchild of mother and daughter team Cindy and Shanna. We have been in operation since 2018 serving all kinds of clients with our wellness services and hair services. Shortly after we opened, we quickly grew and expanded our store front so we could offer more services such as nails and lashes... Today, we are a family friendly wellness centre and hair salon.
