Thomas Timmons was incredible. He called 20 mins. before arriving. He explained everything he was going to do (evaluate, inspect, diagnose and correct the problem). He made recommendations of things that he felt should be addressed in the future but was not pushy in trying to get it done now. He took the time to explain the cost of the equipment needed to replace the sensors. He tested the equipment when he was done and then had me try it myself to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. He made sure we had no other questions or concerns about our garage door. He explained the payment process and offered a receipt and explained that an email receipt would also be sent. Tim Jr. Was prompt, personable and friendly. He explained my options and answered my questions thoroughly. On-site 1 hour. The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

Tom A. Palmer was my Technician, I needed a new garage door opener, he explain the differences in the opener models and answered my numerous questions. I new my garage door had a broken hinge that needed replaced, he pointed out two other hinges that had stress cracks in them, so I had those replaced also. He inspected the garage door and installed the new opener, and programed the two remotes & outside keyless pad. Very happy with the work that Tom did, and would recommend Tom & Precision for your garage door/opener needs.
