Pasta Pojok was born on November 2017 from the Idea of Gianluca Visciglia and his wife Sri Yatmi, Gianluca it's an expert Chef with more than 20 years experience in more than 5 countries, and several luxury companies like Shangri-la, InterContinental and various chain restaurant In Italy and around the world, his wife Sri was a restaurant supervisor for an Italian chain restaurant in Indonesia plus she learn cooking Italian food from the Mother and Father of Gianluca every time they back in Gianluca's home town, Merate in the province of Lecco, Italy.
