Beyond media technology, Hasan is an innovative agribusiness pioneer, establishing Bangladesh's premier commercial goat and sheep farming operation in 2015. As Founder & President of the Bangladesh Goat and Sheep Farmers Association, he champions sustainable livestock practices and industry modernization.
Salman Sajal is a driving force behind Projectech Limited's renewable energy expansion, leading business development, procurement, and sustainable project execution since 2020. His strategic vision has been pivotal in scaling waste-to-energy solutions for industrial and commercial sectors, ensuring alignment with global environmental standards.
With cross-industry expertise in environmental management, biodiversity conservation, and carbon offset projects, Salman brings a rare blend of sustainability acumen and operational leadership. His hands-on experience managing a Forest Inventory Project (using Field-Map Technology) informs Projectech's eco-conscious energy solutions.
A former award-winning hospitality leader, Salman spent over a decade as a Group Executive Chef and Business Director in Malaysia and Bangladesh, optimizing resource efficiency and implementing sustainability initiatives. This background fuels his ability to merge strategic partnerships, digital transformation, and scalable execution in renewable energy.

Shakib Arifin leads Projectech Limited's mission to transform waste into sustainable energy, spearheading end-to-end waste-to-energy solutions for industrial, commercial, and government sectors. Under his leadership since 2020, Projectech has pioneered renewable energy projects, air pollution mitigation, and vertical farming-aligning cutting-edge technology with global environmental goals.
A seasoned strategist with 20+ years in project management and operations, Shakib combines expertise in financial planning, procurement, and risk assessment to secure scalable waste-to-energy infrastructure. His collaborative approach engages stakeholders, governments, and technology partners to ensure compliance and innovation.
Previously, Shakib held senior roles at Duronto Television, RTV, and Independent Television, managing large-scale technology projects. As a BSc (Hons) Software Engineering graduate (University of Hertfordshire, UK), he integrates technical acumen with strategic vision to advance Projectech's circular economy objectives
