Along with his passion for the real estate market and entrepreneurial development, David has over 15 years of expertise in property management, construction, conversion, and renovation.
Since moving to Brooklyn in 2000, he has executed transactions worth more than $150 million by identifying, developing, and managing commercial and residential properties in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Roy has been operating in the real estate market for over 5 years and has an eye for locating high-value residential and commercial deals and purchasing distressed properties that are not accessible to the broader market.
He harnesses his knowledge and expertise to create maximum value for investors, manage developments, monitor risk factors, provide and growth strategies, and ultimately ensure that both the seller and buyer are satisfied.
Sharone is responsible for finding prime properties, managing them and overseeing their development. With years of experience in the industry, he has an exceptional ability to identify lucrative opportunities and transform them into successful ventures. His expertise in property management ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Yariv Lax is the Controller for Prime Equity. Before working with Prime Equity, Yariv was the Senior Accountant at a midsize firm in Brooklyn, NY. In his capacity as Controller of Prime Equity, Yariv is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, oversight, budgeting, and maintaining banking relationships and banking reconciliations.
Yaron specializes in the strategic acquisition, management, and improvement of commercial and residential real estate in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. He also has years of experience in business development and financial analysis.
With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Yaron has been successfully planning and developing properties since 2008.
