PRUDENCE

Prudence Williams-La Borde is from the beautiful twin-island state of Trinidad and Tobago. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management with Distinction from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and a BSc in Psychology, with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies. Prudence is also a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is a certified Christian Coach with the Christian Coaches Alliance in Jamaica. She is currently studying Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and strives to pursue her PhD in Business and Organizational Psychology in the future. Professionally, she has gained a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry excelling in areas such as Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Customer Experience, Business Process Improvement, Performance Optimization and Project Management across several Caribbean and Latin American markets...
