Mr. Morgan is extremely passionate about the world of real estate law and real property. In his time at Golden Gate University, he was a member of the Business Law Association and specialized in studying business associations and real estate transactions. Mr. Morgan also assisted the Tax and Estate Planning Law journal on campus, where he edited and researched various modern developments in the business law industry. Prior to entering law school, he spent several summers employed by a local real estate agency, Dudum Real Estate Group, where he gained insight into the structure and function of the residential real estate industry. After leaving Dudum, he expanded his interest by working under the Vice President of Real Estate Law for Albertsons Companies, Inc., where he was introduced to the corporate real property industry. Mr. Morgan assisted in drafting agreements, reviewing purchase contracts, and organizing repair opportunities for numerous stores across the country. He is hoping to expand his experience and knowledge further into real property litigation and continue to grow as an attorney at Rossi Domingue LLP.

is a trial lawyer, specializing in residential and commercial real estate and business litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His practice focuses on disputes related to the purchase and sale of real property, contracts, agent and broker duties, construction defects, easements, partition, and commercial and residential leases. An aggressive, innovative litigator, Mr. Rossi has effectively defended and prosecuted allegations of contract breaches, non-disclosure, malpractice, specific performance, tort claims, and breaches of fiduciary duty. He has successfully represented commercial and residential buyers and sellers, developers, contractors, title companies, lenders, and escrow companies throughout California. Recognizing that the cost of litigation can be burdensome both to individuals and businesses, Mr. Rossi uses his field expertise and knowledge of the law to litigate and resolve cases by the most cost-effective means possible, while still working for the best interests of his clients. Whether working on high-profile cases or pro bono matters, Dean consistently obtains successful results that exceed client expectations.

Mr. Donahoe has over 20 years of commercial law practice experience representing clients in the wireless communications, software, technical sales, OEM, medical, commercial real estate, and construction industries in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of business contracts, from inception, negotiation, preparation, and execution through dispute resolution and litigation, having served as lead counsel in numerous trials, arbitrations, and appeal proceedings.
Mr. Donahoe is experienced in representing small/medium businesses and individuals with contract negotiation and formation, as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He strives to protect his clients' interests and help solve their legal issues efficiently and in the most cost-effective manner reasonably available.

Mr. Chuang's practice focuses on the representation of real estate brokers and agents in disputes related to the purchase and sale of real property, contract, agent and broker duties, construction defects, and commercial and residential leases. While in law school, Mr. Chuang was a member of law review and was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for receiving the highest grade in Property Law and Wills and Trusts.
