A former software developer, Marc couples his technical background with a commitment to the disciplines of excellence in SaaS driving ReadyTech's strategy and vision. It's through this work that Marc was invited to join the board of the Federal Government's Digital Skills Organisation which is committed to improving digital skills and industry-ready candidates in Australia as part of the Skills Reform agenda.
One of ReadyTech's founders since 1999, Marc has overseen ReadyTech's growth from a small software development house to a leading provider of education and employment technology in Australia.

Responsible for building the ReadyTech information security program and maintaining certification under the international ISO 27001 security management standard, Sam has been integral to embedding information security best practices and culture across the organisation's products and teams.
Sam's nine years with ReadyTech have included three years as the group's Head of Technology and tech lead roles on Ready Apprentice and JR Plus. He is a former general manager of global B2B business database Kompass in New Zealand and is (ISC)² certified in cloud security.

A former CEO of both ninemsn and HomeScreen Entertainment, Tony was the launch managing director of Yahoo! Australia & NZ between 1997 and 2001. He has been a respected board member at several companies, including Independent Business Media (publisher of Business Spectator/Eureka Report), Junkee Media and iSelect, as well as a member of the Starlight Children's Foundation Australia's NSW Advisory Board.
