New buildings have an environmental cost, so we strive to reuse what we can for the character it give, for the history it represents, and for the benefit of the planet... New construction takes a heavy toll on the environment. We believe every building that can be preserved should be. New materials are less expensive, but they take their toll on the planet by reducing the number of trees in the forests and consuming massive amounts of energy to manufacture... We pride ourselves of effective communication and polite notifications that allow us to complete our work while our buildings continue operation.
