With over 14 years dedicated to healthcare, Cristina has garnered a wealth of experience, including specialized roles in pain management and oncology. Her career has encompassed prestigious institutions such as Mercy Hospital, Rush Copley Hospital, and Northwestern Medicine.

Dr. Andrew Francis is a board-certified, vitreoretinal surgeon devoted to delivering exceptional care and innovative solutions for his patients. Dr. Francis is the owner of Chicagoland Retina, Ltd. and has an unwavering passion for eye health. His educational journey includes several prestigious institutions, awards, and publications.
Dr. Joan Kim, MD, is a distinguished and board-certified ophthalmologist with over a decade of exceptional medical practice. Her journey in the field of medicine began with a solid foundation as a Biomedical Engineer at Northwestern University, where her curiosity for the intricacies of the human body set the stage for her remarkable career.
Graduating from Rush University Medical College, Dr. Kim's path led her to the University of Arizona for her Ophthalmology residency. During her time there, her dedication and passion for advancing eye care were evident as she not only excelled in her training but also took on the role of Chief Resident. Her research on keratoconus screening further demonstrated her commitment to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in ophthalmology.
