Alan Elston

Corinna Powlesland

Corinna is a highly experienced actress, coach and facilitator with 25 years of experience as a professional actor and 16 years specializing in coaching public speaking, presentations, management development and all aspects of personal impact. She works with individuals and groups across all sectors and levels of experience, and is a passionate advocate for the use of drama process in the personal development of adults. Her style is bold, kind, spirited and immersive. Corinna trained to be an actress at the Guildford School of Acting and grew up in Plymouth, Devon. She has lived in London for 25 years and travels Internationally with her work. Most recently she has appeared in the film ‘London Road' for the National Theatre and Channel 4 films and onstage in The Crucible at West Yorkshire Playhouse and Pride and Prejudice at Sheffield Crucible. She has worked in the West End and in most regional theatres around the country. Corinna also sings and has performed at Ronnie Scott's in London and Don't Tell Mama's in New York. As a coach Corinna worked for 6 years at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London. She helps them to be effective and authentic leaders while developing positive relationships with their team members. Outside organisations Melda offers career coaching to individuals who are longing for new and/or more fulfilling careers.

Melissa Woodbridge

Melissa has been an actor for 15 years. She graduated with an English Degree and went to Drama School at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She has appeared in numerous plays, short films and adverts, and also works as a voiceover artist and roleplayer in the corporate environment. From corporate training films to live psychological assessment centres, she is particularly good at improvising to brief or learning lines at short notice. Her versatility helps in playing a huge variety of characters as customers or managers and their reports. Clients have ranged from the Department of Health, to Glaxo SmithKline, Barclays to Specsavers. The past 5 years have led her to facilitate sessions on Management training, Change Management, HR and relationship building as well as teaching confidence and presentation skills. She also runs a charity creating workshops for children.
