As a trainer, Roc has over 25 years of experience in personal training and 10 years in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management. Not one to rely on the "certifications" in the fitness industry, Roc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology as well as post graduate work in Sports and Recreation Management... Roc has extensive experience in nutrition and weight management. She has been helping people lose weight, get in shape, or prepare for a variety of competitions since 1996... Roc has been a fitness and bodybuilding competitor since 1994. She added certifications from ISSA : Glute Specialist, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning, Precision Nutrition, Kenneth Cooper Clinic, Fit Force, and Krav Maga for Law Enforcement.
