Mr Ng joined ROC as CFO in 2020. Prior to joining ROC, Mr. Ng had worked for Deloittes, BP, Castrol and Walmart. Mr. Ng holds a Master Degree of Commerce at the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Mr. Dong joined ROC in 2018. He has 28 years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining ROC, Mr. Dong was COO/VP of Technology at AAG Energy in China and spent 19 years at ConocoPhillips in various technical and management roles. Mr. Dong held positions of assistant engineer and engineer at China Coal Research Institute Xi'an Branch from 1992-1997. Mr. Dong holds a bachelor degree in Production Engineering from Xi'an Shiyou University in China and an MBA degree from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in 2012.
