RAYA SPINNING MILLS

Raya Spinning Mills Ltd, incorporated in the year 2008 under the company act 1994. RSML is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of 30/1s to 60/1s count cotton yarn of carded type only for the domestic market. The head office of RSM is situated in 209/1, M. R. Khandakar Tower, Culvert Road, Motijheel, Dhaka and the factory is situated at Nagarpara, Duptara, Araihazar, Narayangonj, set up on 270 decimal lands, is equipped with local, Chinese and Indian machinery. The main power used in the factory comes mainly from own substation and generator. RSML imports most of its raw materials from India, Australia, Malaysia and Chain and markets its finished products, usually, through traders and/or directly from the factory.
