Andrew Mugridge

Beyond serving in several officer, director, and senior management positions with TSX and TSX-Venture listed companies, Andrew ran a successful investor relations firm (2006-2014) and is currently a principle of a financial advisory firm in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Brad Dixon

Mr. Dixon is an attorney based in Boise, Idaho, and a partner with Givens Pursley LLP. He is the co-chair of the Givens Pursley Litigation Group and focuses his practice on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including construction litigation, secured transactions, real estate, employment, and natural resources.

David Greenway - CEO

Mr. Greenway brings more than two decades of experience in managing, financing and developing growth strategies for various TSX Venture Exchange- and Canadian Securities Exchange-listed companies, including involvement in acquisitions, business valuations and investor relations. His key expertise lies in the management and development of junior public resource companies, especially in the mining, and oil and gas sector. He has held directorships, senior management and business development positions, including his role as the chief executive officer of Stamper Oil & Gas Corp., Veritas Pharma Inc., Chief Consolidated Gold Mines, SNS Silver Corp., Moneta Resources Inc. and Sterling Mining Company and his board position in Mountain View Conservation Centre. Mr. Greenway attended University in Bournemouth England, where he studied accounting and finance.

John Percival

Previously, Mr. Percival was an executive for Goldsearch Limited (ASX:GSE) until it was acquired by Zoono Group Ltd (ASX:ZNO) in a reverse takeover.

Ken Kuiper

Mr. Kuiper is the founder of Ellis Park Media, a GIS and aerial survey company, focused on catering to the resource industry. Studying geography and the Earth Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, Ken gained experience working internationally with several companies and organizations, including the United Nations, MAG Silver (Market Cap $1.9B), and was a key consultant of several acquired companies, including: West Timmins Mining (Sold for $319M), Northern Empire (Sold for $150M), Balmoral Resources ($150M), and Corvus Gold ($375M).

Larry Segerstrom

Mr. Segerstorm boasts more than 38 years of technical, operational, and business experience. After receiving his MSc in economic geology at the University of Arizona, Mr. Segerstrom spent a large portion of his life on porphyry copper-gold and copper-molybdenum deposits. As a bilingual engineer and geologist, his expertise lies in exploration, mine geology, and operations. With 20 years as a senior executive, Larry has led teams to several copper-gold discoveries. Larry also possesses an MBA in global management and is a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.

Mr. El Rayess

Mr. El Rayess has spent 16 years as a capital market professional and has been a partner at Canada's Fortress Capital Group since 2014. Mr. El Rayess has acted in Consulting, M&A, Communication and Angel Investor roles across a number of sectors including Mining, Carbon offsets, Crypto, Tech, CleanTech, Telecom, Biotech, Agriculture and Oil and Gas. Mr. El Rayess studied Marketing Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed the Public Company course at Simon Fraser University and completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2007.

Natasha Sever - CFO, Secretary

Ms. Sever is a CPA designated in both Canada and Australia with a BCom from Edith Cowan University. She joins the company with more than 10 years of experience in senior finance roles over a wide range of industries, including mining, retail and technology. Ms. Sever has held officer positions at a number of publicly listed companies in both Canada and Australia and has a proven record of working in alignment with and to the benefit of the board and associated stakeholders. Her extensive experience with company financings as well as Toronto Stock Exchange and Australian Securities Exchange regulatory compliance will serve to ensure the company manages its affairs in a transparent and proper fashion.

Phillip Thomas - COO

Phillip is the Company's Qualified Person for the development of Pocitos 1, and has worked on the project since 2017. He was the author of the NI 43-101 maiden report on Pocitos 1. Phillip commenced working in Argentina in 2003 and has more than 20 years experience, including the exploration and development of the pilot plant at Rincon which was sold in 2008, and again recently to Rio Tinto for $825m USD. Phillip's initial experience post graduation in geology was in geophysics and mine planning. He then decided to follow a career in resources banking and finance in 1982. He worked for Macquarie Bank, ABN-Amro and actuaries Watson Wyatt. Phil was Exploration director and CEO of Admiralty Resources NL (ASX:ADY) for six years from 2003-2008 building the Rincon lithium carbonate project, exploring and operating the Vallenar iron ore project in Chile. Rincon's mineral estimate was in excess of 1.1m tonnes of lithium carbonate. Phillip was the first geologist to build an operating plant producing lithium carbonate in 2005 after FMC built their plant at Hombre Muerto in 1995. In 2011 he was part of the Lithea Inc exploration team (CEO) that produced an indicated and inferred resource estimate for the Pozuelos Salar in Argentina, and subsequently sold the project to LSC Lithium Inc. Ganfeng recently bought the project and Pastos Grandes for $925m. In 2016 he explored and drilled a number of salares for AIS Resources including Guayatayoc, Salinas Grandes, Pocitos and in 2022 Incahuasi salar. Phillip is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, a Director and member of the Australasian Institute of Mineral Valuers and Appraisers, and an accredited Certified Mineral Valuer. He has a four year Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the Australian National University (1979), a Master's Degree in Business with high distinction from Monash University (1991). Phil is an experienced ASX and TSX corporate director, being Chairman of two boards, strong in geological exploration for lithium brines and in lithium chemistry. He has completed many postgraduate courses in geophysics and geology. He is a Competent Person for ASX JORC in lithium brine style of mineralisation and Qualified Person for NI43-101 reporting.

Richard Robins

(formerly Rheingold Exploration Corp.) (IBAT:CSE) $555.0 Million market cap company), a company which he successfully took public on the TSX Venture Exchange and subsequently moved to the CSE.
