RIVERBEND SPORTS TURF - Key Persons
Tony joined the Riverbend Sports Turf team in the Spring of 2019. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from South Dakota State University with an emphasis in Turfgrass Management and Business. Tony spent 15 years with the PGA TOUR at three different courses around the country, as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, preparing each course to host an annual event for the best professional golfers in the world. He also spent time at Augustana College as the Grounds Manager performing a variety of tasks including maintaining the colleges' multiple grass and synthetic sports turf fields and is a certified commercial pesticide applicator. Tony has lived in the Quad Cities since 2012. With experience in crew management, irrigation, fertilization, pesticide applications, landscaping, and synthetic sports turf management; Tony specializes in creating a comprehensive plan that is custom fit to your property or field.
