RESTAURANT FRÖJ

The restaurant is located in a distinguished building close to the market square and has 44 seats. Four and six course tasting menus are our specialty but at FRÖJ you can also have a drink at our kitchen counter or choose a dish from the à la carte menu. On the first floor you will find our wine room where you can book a dinner for groups up to 16 persons... At restaurant FRÖJ we aim to offer a holistic experience with food of the highest quality. Here, we work with the best raw ingredients from our region, mixed with ingredients from our Nordic neighbours. We call this style modern Nordic cooking, and it reflects the Nordic culture today - we use traditional techniques and are influenced by cultures around the world.
