Jarred joined Restronics Metro in 2015 as a sales representative and rapidly learned the industry and technologies to become a valued technical resource to the local customers. He has been very successful in building trusted customer relationships that have built his reputation as well as helped grow the Metro branch.
As the entire Restronics organization has continued to grow Jarred has earned the opportunity to become the Managing Partner of the Restronics Metro branch, taking over from David Leventhal.
Jarred Mandel covers NYC, Long Island, and Northern NJ. Jarred is an experienced sales professional, with a focus on customer relationship management. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University - Bloomington in 2009, Jarred joined Restronics searching to apply his skills and assist in fostering growth within a nationally recognized organization. Over the years, Jarred has become a noteworthy leader in solutions identification, new product introduction, and customer engagement. One of his focuses within the organization has been to bring new technologies to customers while helping brands build out their footprint within the territory. In addition to his primary role, Jarred contributes time to the SMTA both locally and nationally by serving on the board. He has been recognized by multiple industry leading organizations for his extraordinary commitments to brand management, sales, and customer service.
When he is not keeping busy traveling or identifying new industry solutions for customers, Jarred can be found playing golf, tennis, or biking. He lives in Westchester County with his wife Melanie and sons Ezra and Dylan.
Steve Cooper serves as Restronics Metro's sales rep for Upstate NY. Steve started his career with Restronics Metro in June of 2023. Steve began his career in the electronics industry 7 years ago working for Testequity/Jensen Tools and has a total of 15 years of sales experience. Steve established a large customer base in upstate NY during his tenure and brings his experience and understanding of the territory to Restronics.
Steve brings a wealth of knowledge of the electronics industry, where he created and maintained relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturers during his tenure. He will bring this experience and understanding of the territory to Restronics and is excited to begin expanding this within his new role.
Steve currently resides in Syracuse, NY with his wife Alexandra, and 4 daughters, Ella, and Vivian, and most recently twin girls, Piper and Penelope. When he has spare time Steve is an avid golfer and enjoys attending Syracuse Orange football and basketball games, Go Orange!
