RBSEB

The RBSEB operates under the aegis of the parent ministry; the Ministry of Agro-industry and Food Security. Following the overall reform strategies, the Estate had to undertake several major decisions to ensure its survival as well as to improve its efficiency and productivity. The Estate undertook a diversification process into new markets in order to expand its operations and sources of revenue.
