Sapura Baker Hughes TPS Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Sapura GE Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 19th December 2013 as a joint venture company between Sapura Kencana and GE Power Systems (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. SBH has been awarded a Long Term Service Agreement by Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) Floating LNG1 (L) Ltd. (PFLNG) to provide maintenance services for PETRONAS' two forthcoming floating LNG vessels. SBH is conducting the business for the provision to PETRONAS Group of Companies and its Production Sharing Contractors of after-sale services of rotating oil and gas equipment that GE Oil & Gas division has sold or will sell to Petronas in Malaysia... We provide wide range of after sales services in maintenance and refurbishments of Turbomachinery equipment...
