Our staff is one big family, and our customers are an extension of that family. We (Seth and Casey) have been married for 10 years and have five children. We have been in the restaurant business together for 12 years. Seth is Albanian, and came to the States in 2003 to work in the family restaurant business in Chicago. Three years ago, we celebrated Seth gaining his American citizenship! Casey was born and raised here in Troy. We have had quite the restaurant journey together - in Troy, we owned Zadocks Restaurant for several years, as well as Sami's on Main. We briefly had a Sami's Family Restaurant in Sesser, Illinois (a project of Seth's), where he successfully renovated an abandoned restaurant. For the last 4 years, we owned and operated Sami's Family Restaurant in Joplin, MO. We met so many wonderful people there,..
