Scale Right Partners was founded in 2013 in NYC as a consulting firm for IT service providers. Initially focused on outsourced IT project management, the practice shifted to doing EOS Implementations under EOS Worldwide and ConnectWise Manage consulting. Having done numerous EOS Implementations for MSPs throughout the US, it became evident that most small MSP businesses needed far more than what a traditional consultant could offer in a one-day workshop. Many of them lacked a mature leadership team and needed help with process implementation, ongoing meeting facilitation and execution of their strategy. Scale Right Partners then began offering Fractional COO/Integrator services for IT Service Business that were already running on the EOS framework. Engagements included Weekly Meeting Facilitation, Accountability Calls with Senior Leadership Team Members and Executive Coaching.
