SDCL EDGE Acquisition Corporation ("SDCL EDGE") is a newly formed blank check company (SPAC) that was incorporated on the 16th of February 2021, and raised $200 million in its initial public offering (IPO). We were created for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to as our initial business combination.
