Adam Deutsch

Adam Deutsch is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses on complex civil litigation and catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Adam is known as one of the premier medical malpractice trial lawyers in New York. Adam received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2002, where he was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association Brooklyn Law School Trial Team. During that time, he spent a semester studying at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He received his undergraduate degree from Union College in 1999. Adam is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York. Aleksandra Sikorska

Aleksandra Sikorska is an associate attorney in Meirowitz & Wasserberg's Florida office where she focuses on helping injured victims of asbestos exposure. She serves as the firm's Director of Asbestos Bankruptcy Department. Ms. Sikorska graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008. She earned her law degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2012 and is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Ms. Sikorska spent four years at a prominent plaintiff's firm representing clients with asbestos exposure where she managed a large team of staff. In the years before that, she worked for two boutique litigation firms and was primarily focused on personal injury cases. In addition, she was routinely appointed by judges to serve as Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem in civil actions to protect the interests of heirs of deceased parties. While in law school, Ms. Sikorska clerked for a judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court and worked at two public interest law firms. Mr. Yampolsky then moved back to his hometown of Philadelphia where he continued fighting on behalf of his injured clients.
