Aaron Dickey is the Managing partner for the Dickey Law Firm, LLC and serves as Of Counsel for Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP. Since Aaron started practicing law, he's always represented and fought for the individual. Aaron has dedicated over 20 years to helping families navigate personal injury lawsuits and has a winning track record of getting them the help they deserve.

Adam Deutsch is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses on complex civil litigation and catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Adam is known as one of the premier medical malpractice trial lawyers in New York.
Adam received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2002, where he was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association Brooklyn Law School Trial Team. During that time, he spent a semester studying at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He received his undergraduate degree from Union College in 1999. Adam is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
Adam spent 10 years at one of New York's largest personal injury firms as their senior trial attorney. The eight years before that he worked at two prominent New York City firms where he focused on mass tort, product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, contract and general commercial litigation, and where he became the youngest associate in the history of each to first chair a trial. This was the 31st largest jury verdict in the nation and the 3rd largest in New York State in 2014. Some other noteworthy jury verdicts and settlements include, the largest pedestrian knockdown verdict in New York State in 2013, the 25th highest overall verdict in New York State in both 2013 and 2015, the 3rd highest New York State pedestrian knockdown settlement in 2013, and the 14th highest construction accident jury verdict in New York State in 2011. Adam has two of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in Westchester County of the last few years including $9.2 million and $4 million.

Aleksandra Sikorska is an associate attorney in Meirowitz & Wasserberg's Florida office where she focuses on helping injured victims of asbestos exposure. She serves as the firm's Director of Asbestos Bankruptcy Department.
Ms. Sikorska graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008. She earned her law degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2012 and is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Ms. Sikorska spent four years at a prominent plaintiff's firm representing clients with asbestos exposure where she managed a large team of staff. In the years before that, she worked for two boutique litigation firms and was primarily focused on personal injury cases. In addition, she was routinely appointed by judges to serve as Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem in civil actions to protect the interests of heirs of deceased parties.
While in law school, Ms. Sikorska clerked for a judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court and worked at two public interest law firms. She also volunteered with several non-profit organizations, and co-founded and served as president of a student chapter of a well-known national legal animal advocacy organization.
Outside of work, Ms. Sikorska is an avid traveler and is passionate about helping defenseless animals. She enjoys visiting her family in her native country of Poland, spending time on the water, horseback riding, and taking care of her beloved dogs.

Carla A. Pinto is an Associate Attorney at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP and a member of the firm's personal injury lawyer team. With experience in multiple areas of law, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, bicycle accidents, wrongful deaths, estates, guardianships, and other types of serious injury cases.
Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, Carla worked as an Associate for a prominent personal injury law firm located in Nassau County where she primarily focused on estates, death compromises, and guardianships. To Carla, her clients are more than just her work. Working with individuals who are experiencing some of the most challenging times in their lives, Carla understands the importance of empathy and compassion when handling sensitive legal issues. Her goal is to help her clients find a sense of resolution and closure, regardless of the hardships they have endured.
Outside of the firm, Carla is highly involved with several organizations in the legal industry. Carla is most proud of her participation with the Queens County Women's Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association Women in The Law Committee. She has been an active member of both organizations since attending law school and contributes part of her professional growth to the priceless friendships she has formed with those inspirational women over the years.
As a child of Portuguese immigrants, Carla's heritage has had a significant impact on shaping the personal values and morals that drove her to a career in law. Carla serves as the first Secretary of the New York Portuguese American Leadership Conference. In addition, Carla was a co-director of religious education at St. Pius V R.C.C in Jamaica, Queens for approximately 15 years. Clark Rosengarten is an attorney in Meirowitz & Wasserberg's New York City office where he focuses his practice on representing individuals and families in asbestos, mass tort and personal injury litigation. He has been named a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and a Rising Star by Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers.
Mr. Rosengarten enjoys meeting with each of his clients and their family members and hearing their life stories. He is committed to leaving no stone unturned in obtaining justice for each of them during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Mr. Rosengarten worked at prominent national plaintiffs' firms in New York City and Atlanta where he represented individuals and families with mesothelioma, asbestos, product liability, mass tort and personal injury claims.
Mr. Rosengarten has litigated cases in state and federal courts in various jurisdictions, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Delaware (via pro hac vice admission) and Alabama (via pro hac vice admission). He has tried cases to verdict and deposed corporate representatives, expert witnesses, injured victims and fact witnesses.
Mr. Rosengarten obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School where he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy, sat on the Moot Court Board, served as Secretary for the Graduate and Professional Students Association and was the Student Bar Association's Representative to the American Bar Association. Jason Yampolsky is a seasoned litigator in Meirowitz & Wasserberg's Pennsylvania office. Mr. Yampolsky focuses on matters involving personal injury, negligence, product liability, premise liability, and employer liability. He has represented clients across the country, and has litigated claims in Delaware, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and in federal court.
Mr. Yampolsky began his career as a prosecutor in New York City, where he oversaw complex investigations and had an impressive streak of trial wins before representing injured plaintiffs at two prominent New York City law firms. Mr. Yampolsky then moved back to his hometown of Philadelphia where he continued fighting on behalf of his injured clients. Mr. Yampolsky aggressively litigates each one of his cases, but he is also a skilled negotiator and has extracted millions of dollars from negligent corporate defendants. Perry Shusterman joined Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP as a New York City personal injury attorney in 2015, and became a partner in 2021. Her focus is in the area of personal injury, toxic torts, products liability, and premises liability cases. Since working at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, Ms. Shusterman has obtained extensive experience investigating, managing, and prosecuting asbestos cases and personal injury cases.
Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, Ms. Shusterman worked at various Plaintiffs' and Defense personal injury firms, and for the late Hon. J. Duane A. Hart. The experience of working on both sides of the bar and in the judiciary gives Perry a unique perspective and a well-rounded vision for her practice. Ms. Shusterman co-authored a New York Law Journal Article titled "Timing of Expert Disclosure under CPLR 3101(d)," which discussed whether expert disclosure had to be completed prior to the filing of the Note of Issue.
