Graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in International Business. He began his career as a project manager for SEAS during the start of the contract division, supervising custom metal installations. His attention to detail led him into equipment sales in the manufacturing industry. With his experience gained as a metrology sales rep, Austin returned to SEAS to grow the material sales team in 2019. With a decade of experience in sales, his skills include business development, technical assistance and creating partnerships with manufacturers and customers to ensure successful projects.

Charlie graduated from Clemson University in 2010 with a degree in Forest Resource Management. He began his professional career as an environmental consultant, specializing in the pre-construction processes related to streams and wetlands. He then joined a GC, which led him to California, and the construction of Apple Campus 2. Returning to the Southeast, where he worked on the construction of a 26 story high rise, which ultimately gave opportunity to his home here at SEAS. EDUCATION:
Lynn attended Clemson University and has an M.S. in Civil Engineering - focus on Project Management. She has worked in the CE field as a scheduler, inspector and in the project management field. After a time of "being a mom" she went back to work in the recruiting industry and worked in Charlotte with local manufacturing companies for temp and direct hire placements and work force management. She came to work with SEAS in 2017 in a customer service/HR role that included accounting. She moved into the Material Sales support role in 2020.

Mac graduated from Appalachian State in 2005 with a degree in History. After teaching high school for a few years and working as a metal fabricator, he joined the SEAS team in the summer of 2007 where Tom Rochester taught him to combine his passion for teaching and desire to build.

Martin graduated from North Carolina State University in 2009. After joining SEAS in 2013, he has continued to grow our Contracting business with projects focused on exterior and interior custom fabrication solutions and oversees projects from concept design to closeout. Martin also manages our pre-construction department with the assistance of our PM team and assistance of our PM Team and Preconstruction Managers.

Tom Rochester founded the company in 1987. After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Tom went to work in the commercial construction industry working for a large manufacturer of metal stud and drywall components.
When you meet Tom, you quickly realize that relationships are the most important thing to him. He founded SEAS as he saw a growing need in the market for great architectural representation for the highest quality products in the marketplace. Tom succeeded by outworking those around him, and putting others needs before his own.
Tom is now retired and lives in the lowcounty of South Carolina. He is an avid bird hunter, writer, and man of faith.
He still enjoys talking shop, and is, and always will be a mentor and teacher to those he brought on board at SEAS, to carry on the legacy.
