Our mission is to create innovative aerospace systems while developing our members technically and professionally through hands-on engineering experience. The San Diego State University (SDSU) Rocket Project was originally founded in May 2003 by five engineering students interested in the field of rocketry. Today SDSU RP has grown into an over fifty member group of dedicated engineering students. We are focused on designing, fabricating, launching, and recovering liquid bi-propellant rockets as well as researching emerging technologies to utilize on future rockets. With five successful launches and counting, we have a proven record of reliability in the dynamic area of collegiate rocketry...
