Kelby Shows and Kasey Shows-current co-owners of Shows Steel, worked side by side with their father and Webb for nearly 20 years. The brothers took over after the retirement of their father and Webb with the knowledge of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings that most companies never achieve. Their father instilled a hard work ethic, job pride and safety focus. In 2014, the Shows brothers started their own company, Shows Steel LLC in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Kelby and Kasey work side by side with their employees on projects to ensure the job is done right. Although the brothers generally oversee different distinct projects and business aspects, they have developed a working relationship that upholds the company's reputation as a industry leader. Kelby is focused on leading Shows Steel's business development, contract bidding and award negotiations process. He leverages his industry knowledge, experience and relationships to ensure the company has numerous, profitable opportunities to bid on preferred projects. Kelby's unique ability to analyze a project beforehand combined with his knowledge of proven construction methodologies, allows Shows Steel to be competitive in the bidding process-seldom the lowest, but always the best value. Larry leads the accounting and finance staff to provide accurate and timely financial reports, cash management and job cost information analysis. He is focused on establishing consistent internal controls and processes for Shows Steel and developing a reporting process that provides historical and prospective financial information. Larry's attention to trends in job performance data and their patterns allows Shows Steel to do what they do best-erect large pre-engineered metal buildings for companies across the United States. Misti manages the day-to-day activities within the main Shows Steel office in Lake Charles. She serves as the liaison between our main office and our job sites across the United States.
