At Steel Design Manufacturing we use the industry leading Flow Mach 500 Waterjet. We are cutting the largest items others cannot. Our cutting table is 120" x 236" long. We are capable to cut to 12" thick with taper elimination. Our 5 axis cutting head at 60 degrees can chamfer, befell or slope cut to your needs. Our smallest hole size is .0593 diameter. Tolerances within +/- 0.005". Repeatability .001". You can have us quote using five different edge qualities.
