Elvis Mosweu has been the longstanding Managing Director of SI6's 100%-owned Botswana subsidiary African Metals Pty Ltd for over 10 years. Over this time he managed the Company's copper-silver-nickel-PGE projects in Botswana. He was also previously involved in managing the exploration programs that led to the 118Mlb U3O8 Letlhekane uranium discovery by A-CAP Resources (now Lotus Resources Limited ASX:LOT). Mr. Mosweu will also oversee the ongoing restructuring of Botswana operations as previously announced by the Board, where discussions are ongoing to maximise value from our joint venture and 100%-owned Copper-Silver-Nickel-PGE assets.

Patrick is an experienced corporate governance and financial services professional and holds public and private company directorships as co-founder of greenfield exploration projects in Botswana and Brazil including graphite, rare earths, lithium, gold and base metals. Patrick has held numerous corporate governance, management, company secretary and directorship positions for private, not-for-profit, unlisted public and ASX-listed entities and is currently Managing Director of a boutique corporate advisory firm and Company Secretary of Axel REE Limited (ASX:AXL). Patrick holds a Master of Business Economics from Monash University, Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Economics and Finance) from Deakin University, is an Affiliated member of the Governance Institute of Australia and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Dickson has has over 35 years of experience in the finance services industry and has worked with a number of stock broking firms including Ord Minett Ltd and Colonial Stock-broking Limited. Paul is currently independent non-executive Chair of Alligator Energy Ltd (ASX:AGE) and was appointed non-executive chair in 2018, where he oversaw the acquisition and development of the Samphire Uranium Project's Blackbush Deposit that has progressed to scoping study. Paul is also currently independent non-executive Chair of Axel REE Limited (ASX:AXL), which holds a major rare earth elements discovery in Brazil, where he chaired the company's ASX listing in July 2024. Paul was a founder/director of Paradigm Capital Pty Ltd and DDM Capital Pty Ltd, which provided a range of services including capital raising and general corporate advice for small-cap companies and Proserpine Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a private equity business based in Melbourne. Paul also currently consults to the equity markets segment at Henslow Pty Ltd.
