Sovereign Energy is a Native-led non-profit organization. We started in 2021 after identifying a growing need to ensure that Indigenous voices are better represented in the renewable energy transition, from policy creation to access and implementation. We recognize Indigenous leadership as paramount to a just, equitable, and clean energy future. We hold ourselves accountable for being trusted partners with intersectional efforts to enable all aspects of Tribal sovereignty and the rights of Indigenous peoples...
