Welcome to the Starfleet Advanced Training Program Fleet. Our goal is to build a fun, social fleet for Star Trek Online where players can find a good home. We seek to spread in-game knowledge that the game is often lacking in teaching to players and to expand every player's ability to gather resources like Dilithium and EC so that they can get the items they want or need.
