Fay's main passion is oral and maxillofacial surgery and since 2016 has worked at the prestigious Queen Victoria Hospital firstly as a senior house officer and now as a speciality doctor. In 2017 she passed the Diploma of Membership at The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MFDS RCSed). This has given her a wealth of experience in surgery and lends itself to her interest in Implantology for which she is studying a Master's at Bristol University.
Fay also has an interest in aesthetics having trained at The London School of Facial Aesthetics and The LAAM in both botox and dermal fillers. She has also completed postgraduate training in cosmetic dentistry with Monik Vasant and has been awarded a postgraduate diploma in General Dentistry.
In her spare time, Fay spends a lot of time in the great outdoors with her two young children and extremely large dog Bear!

Dr Hammond Aesthetics is a doctor-led bespoke medical facial aesthetic and advanced skincare clinic with locations across Kent and London.
Dr Hammond is a fully qualified GP with over six years of clinical experience working within the medical field and specialises in high-quality, non-surgical aesthetic procedures. She offers a full range of rejuvenating medical-grade cosmetic treatments, ranging from anti-wrinkle injections and skin peels to Facial Contouring using dermal fillers, to restore and maintain healthy, youthful and beautiful skin. These treatments, along with her clinical experience and expertise, have enabled Dr Hammond to successfully create natural-looking results, so clients look and feel their very best.
Dr Hammond believes that every patient is unique and that in order to treat a patient successfully we need to look beyond the patient's physical appearance. She is dedicated to offering a holistic approach to each and every patient to ensure the best possible care and experience is achieved at every visit.
Moonis Iqbal has a special interest in orthodontic treatment and cosmetic dentistry. He has completed a PG certification in orthodontics.
He is a certified provider of Digital smile design, Inman aligner, Clear smile braces, Clear aligners, and fixed braces. He provides all cosmetic treatments including veneers and composite bonding. His aim is to transform people's attitudes towards dentistry, by providing a calm relaxing atmosphere and making the experience of visiting the dentist enjoyable. He is calm, friendly and enjoys working with nervous patients, helping them overcome their anxiety and phobias.
Moonis is also a Mentor/vocational trainee supervisor which involves him training young dentists and trainee dental nurses. This gives him great satisfaction as he loves to help people and see them develop.
Away from work, Moonis loves movies, tv shows and writing reviews. He also enjoys playing cricket regularly. He loves food and is always ready with a restaurant recommendation and enjoys socialising and networking within and outside the dental community.

Neil graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1993 and has carried on learning ever since. Neil constantly attends courses to learn from some of the most renowned dentists in the world, recently being among the first cohort to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy.
Neil`s favourite part of the job is getting to know and understand his patients so he can deliver personalised care from a simple filling to a full smile makeover.
Outside of work Neil has been married for 21 years and has 2 children, 2 cats and a Dalmatian. He enjoys travelling, cooking, sport and catching up with friends… When feeling energetic he loves the challenge of cycling up a mountain or skiing down one. He has also recently taken up golf which brings pleasure and frustration in equal measure.
Neil is a fantastic friendly dentist. I've been seeing him for over 25 years now and he's always been really accommodating to my needs. My fitted veneers lasted years beyond what was expected and so I trusted Neil to do them again for me for my upcoming trip to the USA; to which he fitted me into his busy schedule on short notice. I even travelled half way across the country to have them fitted professionally because I know he will always do a great job. I also had some composite bonding work and whitening done to which has really improved my smile greatly. Smil is a very accommodating place and all the staff and dental assistants there are very kind and helpful. Jorge Perez obtained his Dental Surgeon Degree in Mexico City where he developed his love for orthodontics working with the Latinoamericana University Orthodontic Department before moving to the UK.
Having advised and trained over 1,800 practitioners in the UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, and South Africa and developed more than 52,000 treatment plans Perez is a pioneer in the clear aligner field and was instrumental in the improvement of Invisalign's clinical protocols during his tenure there as a clinical professional.
Recognizing the opportunities to further improve the clear aligner field, Perez founded ClearOrthoPlanning, an advisory and training service helping dental practitioners get the most for their patients from clear aligner treatments. Perez has also been responsible for the biomechanical development of globally known Clear Aligner appliances.
In 2018 Perez joined forces with 6MS to develop the most predictable and revolutionary Clear Aligner Orthodontic Appliance.
Liberty is a new member of our team, she recently qualified as a dental nurse. You will find her assisting in surgery and welcoming patients at reception.
Besides dentistry Liberty loves going on holidays with her family and friends, especially lying on hot beaches sipping cocktails!
Lisa qualified as a dental nurse in 2008. She is married with 2 children,2 pigs,2 dogs and a cat.

Visited Smil Dental Clinic today for my usual six month check. Required a filling sadly and as a dental patient with a serious phobia this would always be bad news. However Neil and his team knowing how uncomfortable I am with any visit I have with them made the whole experience painless and as Neil said "I survived "Anyone with a dental phobia will understand how I would have felt today. Neil has been looking after me now for many years. His service is second to none. If anyone is contemplating a visit to the dentist but is like myself, petrified, go and have a chat with these guys.
