STRINGS FOR SIGHT

Strings for Sight is a 501c(3) non-profit organization, and our goal is to create a world where every student, despite their socioeconomic status, has access to proper eye-care, which will allow them to succeed in school, and become productive members of their communities... Vision is extremely important within the everyday lives of students. Without proper vision, students are not able to, for example, see the blackboard in class. Insufficient vision limits students' education, and without an education, students will be forced to work menial low paying jobs, hurting not only their families due to the lack of financial stability, but also society at large because without an education, students will not be able to positively contribute to their communities. We want to destroy the limitations made by a lack of vision, by providing eye care to those in need...
