SkipperFactory is a crewing company based in Split, Croatia. We are working only in Croatia, because we know all the places very well….best restaurants, bays, beaches, marinas, best vine tasting…... SKIPPERFACTORY is run by experienced, professional sailors offering a friendly and helpful service to yacht crew and owners... We are specialized in navigation of sailing boats, catamarans and motor yachts, but our experience also expands into all other aspects of nautical tourism, such as organization of regattas, team buildings, gastro tours, skipper courses, boat transfers.
